Hey guys. Quick question. I have a 2004 tacoma prerunner v6. Double cab. It has 116k on it. Runs great no problems at all. Since I've had it at 67k miles if never done a rear dif. Service or a transmission service. It runs great. I heard if it runs good don't change it. Should I have it done? Called Toyota today 80 for the dif. And 179 for the transmission service. What you think ?

i think do it yourself...it's simple and yes it needs to be done...if you haven't had your timing belt done...that is a must as well...should have been done at 90,000...but the timing belt is no small feat...

You need to bring it in to Toyota and have a real bed installed instead of that midget hauler you call a truck bed.
I hope they gave you a half off discount when you bought the truck.

Or I could trade it in for a hippy Honda element. Shouldn't you be in a hunting thread trying to learn how to shoot a deer???
