Transmission shop recommendations acworth

Highly possible transmission is going out and looking for a recommendation for a reputable shop to either replace if necessary or find the problem. 06 ford f150 4.6 V8 with about 150k miles on it

I've been VERY happy with Skeene's Transmission shop in Cartersville. However he is semi-retired now so don't be in a rush if you go that route. Terry is a great guy and stood behind his work even when it was pretty obvious that a repair shop I took my vehicle to must have thought it was fun to do neutral drops in my suburban. (never seen a front drum completely exploded except in drag racing or screwing around doing neutral drops) Any how his rebuild after that lasted me 13 years and LOTS of miles including towing. (with proper maintenance and fluid changes) Only shop I've ever used.

Trans plus in cartersville is one of the best trans shops you will find period. Mark wells is the man. Reasonable prices too.

Try an Aamco shop, I've had good results so far
