Trout fishing

If I wanted to take my son and I trout fishing up around north ha what would be some easy places to get to that we could fish and actually have a good chance of catching something ? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Try the Tallulah River outside of Clayton. There is a campground there. I haven't been in a few years, but they used to stock it year around.

Another place to try is the Toccoa north of Blue Ridge. Tammen Park is before you cross the river , then go to the dam and fish below it. Curtis Switch is up there off of Aska Rd and is good as well.

I believe it was the Tallulah River Campground. It is seasonal for camping, but the fishing is open all year.

It was well below the falls close to Lake Burton
