True Detectives: Season 2

I'm not feeling it as much as Season 1 honestly. I think Farrell is doing a great job, but there were too many storylines going on at the same time. Even my wife who is normally better at keeping up with that kind of stuff thought it was confusing and fell asleep. I have hope for it, but it's almost like they're trying too hard to make it super dark. Time will tell.

I agree with it trying to hard at being dark. The into was the first clue. Instead of 2, we have 4 detectives plus Vaughns character so there is at least 5 side stories plus the main one. Yes layered indeed.

I was reading on another site that the character appears in future trailers so what looked fatal last night I'm guessing wasn't.
