Would anyone in the Metro Atlanta area help me set up a trust? Please PM me if you can, and maybe we can work something out.

I kind of just want someone to help me fill it out so I know I am doing it right. I have a pretty good idea of it all, just don't want any delays.

Quicken works just as good. Lawyers works even better if anything comes back wrong. If you're confident filling out a trust thats just as good too. A Trust is just a legal document that anyone can write up if they know what they're doing. It all matters when it gets notarized. Trust will just be a piece of paperwork if it isn't notarized.

I believe quiet might have the cheaper trust connection. I hear it somewhere between $80-$100. Don't quote me, I just read it somewhere and that was a while ago, I don't know if he charges more now or not.

Ok so I pretty much have everything ready to send in. I have my form 4's completed and just need to get my Trust notarized. Do I need to send a schedule A with the Trust or is just the notarized Trust good enough?

I sent mine. That was two weeks ago though so not sure if necessary.
