Trust Naming

This is the first I heard about having to engrave the trust name on the weapon. Does this go for suppressors as well? Also what is the need for this?

Actually anything that you form "1" if you make your own suppressor you engrave it too. Form "4"s are a transfer of class three so no engraving

If you make and register it as the sbr you must have it engraved. If you buy it straight from vidalia police supply on a form four then you do not have to engrave it.

Correct. Anything you make has to have your name on it. Just like the manufacturer and/or importer must have their name on there as well.

Form 4 = no engraving
Form 1 = mandatory engraving be it a SBR, SBS, AOW, or Suppressor

Not certain but mine is my last name and trust. Jones Trust for example. Works if my wife is in possession of my sbr or other
