Email Vortex Customer Service service@vortexoptics.com, explain that you have mis-placed your cover and could they send another one.
Note: I have not done this as I do not own a Venom, but doing a quick Google search, someone on another forum said they did this and they sent one to them.

No one really makes the caps for the slide like they do for the Rmr.

Not aware of anyone that does the Venom.
