Trying to settle a gun debate between me and my girlfriends father!

I think he just needs validation every so often, (read needy). GF probably likes revolvers anyway, but claims to like his symbol of man hood. Keeps him calm that way... J\K. LOL

There are three people involved and all three are wrong.
1. The Boyfriend: Shut dafuq up. If you marry her, you will have something to say.
2. The Daughter: It is the gun that your life will depend on. You choose the right gun for you, and tell Daddy and Boyfriend to deal with it.
3. The Dad: Being old enough to have an adult daughter, you are experienced enough to know that one person cannot pick a CC firearm for another, even a husband or father who is highly skilled. We can make recommendations and help open the field of choices, but the carrier must make the final; decision after careful and repeated testing. This must be followed up by regular training and practice.
