That Dr. Seuss looking bacon looks weird, I mean really weird!

Yeah, it's not going to fool anyone into thinking it's real bacon. The flavor and texture were OK but not great. If you put it on an egg sandwich and eat it in a dark room you might convince yourself there's bacon on the sandwich. If you have ever had artificial bacon bits, this is the long flat version...

At the risk of losing my man card, I'm going to cop to the fact that I made veggie bacon last night. When I asked my son if he wanted any he stared at it for a moment and said "I don't eat Dr. Seuss looking food." Anyway, I do love my veggies and I would be glad to come to the veggie meat and greet!
