I threw this together last night for my family - it’s simple and a great way to make some room in your freezer
Brown 1lb venison (or ground beef) in large skillet
Add 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 can green beans, 1 bag crinkle cut carrots (cooked)
While that simmers, prep two boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix according to the box (I add a splash of maple syrup to mine)
When most of the liquid has cooked off of the meat/veggies, stir in your favorite bbq sauce to the skillet until everything’s coated
Transfer meat/veg to baking dish and top w/cornbread
Bake 400* for 25 min
