So we got "major questions" applied as the new standard or doctrine. Looks like it will help strip a lot of power from federal agencies and hopefully even executive orders. Not sure if this will impact the ATF as much as most hoped, maybe not much at all. Will be interesting to see all the new law suits pop up over the next few months and if the federal agencies get a hint and pull back a little.

Why would they pull back?

They have unlimited funds to litigate with.

No one has ever been fired for overreach. Quite the contrary.

No major agency has been eliminated or reformed in modern times.

Guberment is lazy at best, we all agree they have limitless amounts of our own to fight against us and the peoples will but they are lazy, dysfunctional and inept. Most likely there will be a red wave later this year which would hopefully lead to congressional hearings. I could see more than a few saying **** that because it means I have to be accountable.
