Gun stolen by Police or Tow Company ???

Maybe I'm different, but I can smell weed pretty efficiently from what car that's around me and I'm not even a cop.

Do people actually believe the cop doesn't smell it? The vehicle reeks of LOUD.

As for pistol, why would keep them together? This story sounds like a story

Man this post got many replies .

As I stated , When I picked up my wife & Son from work on Wed , she asked if I could give this girl a ride home ( it's only 2 mile away from here & $20 Uber is BS .

I heard her tell the story to my wife & it's been on my mind ever since .

The wife don't like to get into folks business but the girl brought it up & I will push her for more info , I mean .....I don't see why an officer would put their career in danger over a gun , tow Co Dr = same but more likely to take it .

The Girl stated it happened back in October & her BF was " Waiting to get his gun " & also said "No-one seems to have it " .
I told her to get the arrest info / report & make sure the gun is accounted for . She said she would & I will pressure the wife to get the right story .

I thought the Vapes were a felony , she said her BF told the cop's he got it at a vape shop ??? Guess they did not want to send it to the Ga Crime Lab , heck my friends son went to jail in Cobb just over a year ago & when she picked up his property they gave her his THC vape back along with his other stuff , funny cause it Had a Pot Leaf on it & said CA approved or something similar .

I did see the YT Video of that Cherokee officer Lie & Go into a Lady's home without a warrant to get her Son cause one of those 'Tag Readers ' led him to her house over a Motorcycle that allegedly fled or something like that & that was near Town lake Pkwy.

The one where a Tag reader led Holly Springs Police to a Man home was a crazy YT video as well ; watching them & Cherokee County doing 120 + up & down Highway 5 back & fourth chasing a Ghost as the Souped Up Beamer was LONG GONE .

Sometimes It looks like some officers have a death wish & putting the public in danger / over a speeder . = CRAZY IMO .

The SPEEDER seems to put others in danger because he is A CRIMINAL EVADING THE LAW. This girlfriend's boyfriend sounds like a POS, and deserves everything coming to him. Did he knock her up yet for government assistance and SNAP?

I took a wife's young ( 20 y/o ) friend home from work on Tuesday , & she stated back in Oct her 21 y/o BF was pulled over for speeding 52 in a 45 by Cherokee Co .

They smelled weed ( as usual ) fishing IMO . & He had a Glock in a bag with 3 grams of weed & a MJ Vape in a backpack on the back seat and did not tell them he had a gun . Dumb I know . I 90% recall her saying he was charged with Speeding & Weed , no felony . & They towed the car even tho there were 3 legal drivers on scene and 1 mile from home .

Anyway she said the Gun has disappeared , & not on the report that she knew of , I asked about the tow inventory but she did not know .

I hope 'someone did not take this guys gun ' I don't trust some cops from experience but he could have lied to her about it but IDK .

I told her to check the paperwork & report it if it was stolen , & 52 in a 45 on Bells Ferry Rd , OK !!!

If guilty cool but I don't want to see a young person taken advantage of .

the 21 year old pot head just donated a glock to the police officer. If The 21 year old pot head knows whats good for him he will learn from this and let it go. But he won't learn....he will face this problem again. and again.

I was just in Dollar General office of Harbins Rd next to New Hope Rs in Lawrenceville. YN parked in handicapped reeking of weed. From the 10 year loaned Dodge into the building and back out. NOT SMART, but I'm racist. ♿️

Yup, no handicapped and couldn't walk 10 extra feet

My sister was at the Woodstock Target the other night and I had to bring something to her. The section we were in, there was a guy there who REEKED of weed. I could smell it before I saw him and she told me how bad the smell was.

I don’t get why people do that, especially when it’s so obvious.

I know about the first one, but not the second. I’m curious to hear from retired/current LEOs what’s being left out on both as I feel there is more to it with both as I know Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is a great department (I interviewed to work there and was one step away from the final interview before I was dropped; civilian position).
