Visited the Berry College Eagles today

After working two 12 hour night shifts, I had a couple of days off, had a trade meet in Rome with NWSharpshooter brewing so figured Mon morning when I got off work, I'd cruise on out to Rome, meet up with NWS and then go stay with my sister overnight and hopefully get to go see the eagles. All went pretty much as planned. I never got a chance to see the eagles up close or sitting on the side of the nest, but I did get to see them. Pretty cool. I figured the webcam was in an adjacent tree but it's right there next to them in the same tree. Pretty cool!

Anybody that wants to make a trip up to Rome to see them, you can PM me for directions. It's easy to find but it's not like they are putting up signs asking for a hoard of gawkers. It's right at the edge of a parking lot, roped off. And they have a couple of benches sat out.
