Three 100 round boxes of Federal .40 S&W 180 gr. FMJ for $26 each at the Macon, GA Walmart. Glad to see this stuff coming back.
Since the thread disappeared I was wondering if everyone was finally happy and stocked up. Guess everybody got all the 22's they needed finally!
I think folks either got enough or gave up. the excitement of the snipe hunt passed
The only thing I "hunt" anymore is the Federal 100 round packs of .40 S&W and .45 ACP, priced at $25.97 and $28.97 respectively. The best price on factory brass ammo in those calibers anywhere.
I talked to a guy at the Walmart here in Covington. He has downloaded an app on his phone that tells him when they have .22lr available. If he is at the counter early in the morning then you can bet they got .22lr in the night before. I was there this morning and he was standing there so I stopped. Sure enough they brought out Federal and Winchester .22lr.
If nothing else this thread should serve as a lesson to the way things could be again with a single politically fueled event.
Neckbeards don't need an "event" to buy up 22LR, LOL.
No beards and those with starter kits don't have any .22LR..... so there...... LOL
