Washing machine repair needed

when my washing machine is agitating the clothes there is a high pitched metallic sound. I was wondering if anyone knows what is going wrong and how to fix it. Thanks for the help

How old is it? Probably not worth it. Repairs are often high and when stuff starts to go out there's typically something going out right behind it

It is a few years old out of warranty he model.
