We bought our first Camper! Now what do we do

We just bought our first camper! 2006 26' coachman. It is in great shape. Inside is nice, never leaked, everything seems to work. No slide. rear bunks

What products are must have for camping with these trailers?

We have two girls (5 and 2) and we live near Athens GA. What are y'alls favorite camp sites in NE ga and beyond? Interested in public and private. Maybe even sites with fun things for the girls to do in the summer like water slides and such.

It does need some caulk around exterior joints and windows. A coworker recommended this stuff

Any other advice is welcome. Good resources for equipment and information would be great. We are new to the camper world.

Fort Yargo state park is nice and it is close to you if you are looking for a easy trip to try it out . Bald ridge campground on lake Lanier is also a very good place to camp on the lake.

Y'all will have a blast. If you end up at any Corp. campgrounds, keep in mind, most, if not all, do not have sewer hook ups. Your holding tanks will fill up fast with three ladies so you may want to consider a portable tank like this:

Visit the "LITTLE GRAND CANYON" below Columbus, you can talk in a normal voice and people at the top can hear every word. Start visitng one per weekend, and see all JAWJA, has to see...

A few local, short trips are great for figuring out what you do and don't need before venturing off on longer trips. Obviously, you'll want to check the bearings and brakes before getting too far from home.
