If suppressors become federally legal July 4th. I would guess AG Carr will declare nolle prosequi until the legislature takes up the issue.So the solution is to have the Republican controlled Georgia General assembly amend our law to say, in a nutshell
"any machine guns, silencers, short rifles or shotguns, or destructive devices, that are legal under federal law shall also be legal under this state law."

They're all about emotion, doesn't matter that suppressors are rarely if EVER used in criminal activity. That's not the point of course. It's about "control" and revenue. Two things congress cannot get enough of.Is it bad I'm now realizing that they knew this could happen all along and this was the whole point of including it in the bill? Not a total conspiracy theorist, but if it quacks like a duck...
I sure hope I don't need to pick up another suppressor (or two) before this bill passes. When will we know that this is going to be in the bill?
