Got a 1.75 for $32 out the door. Damn good value.Weller bourbon.... what's a 750ml run? $$
I agree about 1792. Been enjoying it for years now. One of the smoothest bourbons out there and the price is still great. I haven't seen much of an increase at $25 a bottle, but I remember when it came out and was $20.For those not in the "know", is Weller basically a lesser known bourbon that is high-quality/low cost because people don't know about it? I am obviously not a Connoisseur but as I mentioned earlier 1792 seemed to be a "secret" but is now as expensive or more than the usual suspects.

It's strange, my favorite was Knob Creek single barrel reserve 120 proof and sometimes Bulleit Bourbon. And I usually keep some Knob Creek in the cabinet too. But I still seem to always gravitate to the 1792 bottle when I feel like a drink. I like how it doesn't screw up my next day like other quality bourbons.
I don't know about others here, but I do not add mixers to my bourbons. I do however like some ice in the glass with it.
Clean glass you say?? I've been doing it wrong all along. I thought the alcohol took care of the sanitizing for me. Lol.Bring out a clean glass (preferably) and pour two or three fingers in glass. No ice for me but the distilleries say a drop of water will cut the bite.
