$32 for a handle and this stuff is supposed to be decent??
I guess I'm going to have to check it out.
Some stores keep it hidden behind the counter and people have to ask for it specifically. High demand.

Y'all are gonna mess me up-- my store has the Special Reserve for $20 in the mid-size... and it's better than my usual Maker's. Will know in the morning how it stacks up on the headache index.
But this is goooood stuff.

Thanks for sharing with us!I knew I shouldn't have posted anything about this. Y'all are drinking up my supply!
I have been a bourbon drinker for years. I know Weller Special Reserve is hard to find and grabes a bottle for myself recently. It’s good, I’ll stick with Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare for a few dollars more. When I want a more Wheat bourbon, Larceny. I have a good range of bourbons at my house, and think weller is ok, not great, not bad. For a few dollars more, Larceny, Buffalo Trace, ER, McKenna Henry, Russel Reseve (6yr or 10yr), all these for a extra $5-10.
Now here is a good mix my boss told me about. He has a huge whiskey collection across all kinds of whiskeys, talking over 150 bottles. Mix Weller Special reserve and Grand Dad 114 50/50. I didn’t believe him, but it brings out the best of both and cancels out the worst.
