Was pretty disappointed with the prices. Inside it looks like an academy sports. Nice, clean, good selection of some things but not others. Prices were out of control in my opinion. There was a used glock 26 there for $599. Yes. Used. value packs of 12 guage that are $26 at Walmart are $29 here.
Now if I have to choose between them and Dicks, I will go here since they didn't puss out after sandy hook and stop selling "assault rifles" like Dicks did.
I thought the whole point of being a big box store was pricing cheap from bulk? Not seeing ity here.

Thanks for sharing. I went to Cabelas yesterday in Greenville- prices no better than Bass Pro & higher than Academy on lures, line & most ammo.

I was there too. They did have .22LR CCI lead 40 grain $5/50, CCI copper plated HP 36 grain in 100/box and 300/$30.

Still too high but if someone need to buy, rather that reward the .22LR flippers and encouraging the ass hattery, give to Gander Mt.


They had two trailers there one from Beretta and one from DPMS. Handled the new Gen II lightweight .308 rifle and loved it. Dude said the bolt is matched individually to the chamber at the factory so groups should be exceptional for what it is.

Beretta had a gorgeous case hardened frame, blued over and under 28 ga. that even caught my daughters 12 year old eye.

Went to the new one in Albany twice the second time was just to see if the guy with the price gun was still drunk ,and he was .I will leave gander for the low information buyer .

Went to the one in West Palm Beach, FL earlier this year and they had glocks for $649 new. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went Friday morning picked up 500 mini mags for 40 bucks and a federal 525 pack for 25 bucks and the only other deal I got was 100 round box of 223 for 45

Went in there yesterday after going with the wife to tanger. That place is out freakin rageous. We left and wont go back. Big disapointment. Kinda like that American heritage place.

I stopped at the one in Valdosta? on the way to Florida. I didn't see anything worth every going in again.
