Did you violate any written terms of the lease? Have you paid rent when due? If your rent is up to date and you are in compliance with the terms of the lease the landlord has to give you 60 days notice to move. This is Georgia law. You have rights, I would suggest you consult a real estate attorney.

Oh yes, rent always paid when due. Always in compliance with the laws and lease
