What’s the most-produced milsurp of WW2?

That graph is WW2 only. Number gotta be higher than that not to mention the M16 and AK47 numbers both far exceed all of those combined.
 
I bet the number of Mausers based on the 98 action is huge and would lead by a large margin if you broaden the comparison. I'm curious if you compared all variation of the Mauser action to the ak if there haven't been more Mausers. Numerous countries not directly involved in the hostilities of WW2 were arming themselves with Mausers leading up to and during the war years. The Ak like the Mauser has evolved since it's inception so why not include all variations? Even the ar platform evolved from the m16 to the m4 even the m110 sass etc

That 14 million figure on the 98 K rifles built runs from 1934 to 1945 only...

Also on the Garands vs. Carbines... there were 10 production lines building carbines... versus only 2... building Garands...
