Plus a suppressed pistol makes no sense.Threaded barrels when you don’t own suppressors is stupid
I recommend the 357 for the same reason and didn't get why so many still bought 38's, but over time I've come to realize that if a person is just never going to be shooting 357mag in the gun then there isn't much point in spending the extra money. I have a 357mag airweight and magnum rounds just have too much snap for me. I like having the option though and have never regretted choosing the 357 over a 38.I’ll never understand why folks buy 38 revolvers when you can shoot 38 in a 357 magnum.
I don’t understand why folks dislike GLOCK. They are highly upgradable, reliable and local. Problems or upgrades take an hour.
Big fan of ZEV
First upgrade to an AR should be a trigger. $125 well-spent.
Good scopes are worth buying.
A happy AR is a light AR- not loaded with accessories.
Always be ready to buy ammo. Always. All the time. When a liberal is elected, you’ll be glad you did.
Lasers on pistols are gimmicks. Waste of money, Rookie.
Rookies should not be allowed to shoot at a range without a safety officer present. If you don’t know what you are doing at the range, everyone in the range hates you.
XDS 45 is not reliable enough to carry. I’m close to saying that about the Sig 365 too.
I struggle understanding why SIG is so expensive.
The most unpopular gun-related view I have (and have maintained for many years as being inevitable) is that they WILL be as restricted here in America, as they are in the UK, and that it'll happen in my lifetime, and, that the popular and rabidly-held view that this will start Civil War II, is just a big fantasy.
(I'd be thrilled to be proven wrong on either of those, but sadly, I won't be. Wait and see. )
I've beat my head against the wall, elaborating on this (very minority view), on numerous forums, more times than I can recall, but I'm just not up for it right now. You* either see the writing on the wall....or you don't. It is what it is.Respectfully, could you elaborate some on this opinion? Curious the details.

The only reason we have black powder and archery season is so the dude at the sporting goods store can make more money.
