my best opinion is of gun ranges...no nazi when the idiots are shooting...then wants to slow me down on double tap head shots.. RANGE ASSHOLES AND IDIOTS

To my mind, "tactical" came into being to serve a very specific and critical need, so in that sense, it's the epitome of "practical".
The flip-side of that is that these days every Gomer and his brother feels that what's ideal for trained military and police operators, must automatically be ideal for them,too.......and it usually ain't.
Any mod that can't be unmodded. 
I always tell you to shoot faster and quit pussy footing the pedal. Hell i shove transferable machine guns in your hand!

Factory guns are more reliable and just as accurate before the "upgrades".
