What chemical used by Mosquito spray companies?

I use a barn fogger and bought Permethrin and Pyrethrin from the Uspray place in lilburn.
Bibb county used to drive though neighborhoods late in the evening with a propane blower/sprayer fogging with malathion. It seemed to work pretty good, so it’s probably banned now!
Ran thru the DDT fog in the 60s in FL. Truck drove through neighborhood in the evenings. It didn’t work, hasn’t killed me yet.
Spiders skeeve me out but not to the point of needing to spray for them. Until I moved back to Virginia. My house has an old root cellar. I went down within the first couple of days of moving here. I came out of there like a nascar and went straight into home Depot. I saw hoards of black widows the size of quarters. I got suited up and put on a mask and sprayed that s**t everywhere and I mean every freaking where. Regular spiders are ok but the idea of sleeping over hundreds of black widows was quite unsettling. Skeeters don't bother me up here to bad.
This is my rig. I had to go with a water safe chemical, but I'm not real impressed with it. May switch up to something a little more aggressive around the house, and just use this down by the pond.........
Remember, if it kills mosquitoes, it may kill honey bees. Lost 4 hives last year and noticed the neighbors behind me having outdoor spraying by pest company.

I picked this up at the local farm supply. Same ingredient as Talstar. Also got the same Stihl SR200 blower that Trugreen was using. At $95 a month from Trugreen, it’s paid for itself in 1 season.

Break cleaner man... just a little squirt and they’re all wrinkled up. My favorite is wurth, I keep it on hand for work. But CRC is more available and cheaper and still kills the crap out of them. Great for any flying stingers too!
