It's an undercrown Maduro.

I remember going into a cigar store in Dunwoody about 15 years ago. The fella behind the counter was puffing away and as i got closer i could see a massive growth on his face between his upper lip and nose. I was speechless... just turned and left and never thought about cigars again. It was horrific looking.😬
