The only problem is that with the flooding of “Gringos“ moving over there, the land or housing prices is just as crazy as over here.

I know another guy that sold everything and moved over there. He has a restaurant in there. China bug almost put him out of business….

If Costa Rica is getting too popular with the gringos, look at other places like Belize. A cousin of mine made some money here selling some land and ended up getting some condos down there he rents out, and stays at from time to time. Super dirt cheap still I think, and beautiful country.

My sister did the same thing 15 years ago. Flipped a shack on the beach for 30K in 6 months
