SIL smoking a Turkey, I'm watching 👀, X-wife, Daughter, DIL and everyone else that's coming doing the rest, about 15 people. I 800 miles to get here, I'm just eaten.

Big dinner with the sister-in-law's family. Around 20 people.

My wife does the deviled eggs, I drink the family patriarch's scotch and watch my brother-in-law fry the turkeys.

Just the turkey. Brining it tonight. Spatchcocking in the morning and seasoning and then tossing it in the smoke around noon.

Get in the brine now, and give it some time in the fridge unwrapped and uncovered overnight for crispier skin.

I have been banned from the kitchen ever since I tried to make smoothies using frozen chicken breasts ( I swear I thought they were bananas).

I have reread this at least three times and cannot figure out how frozen chicken breasts look like bananas What happened when you tried to make the smoothies?

I'm responsible for the Spanish yellow rice and other Puerto Rican food. But this year, I'm not cooking it. Because my son and wife eat it all up before I get a chance to get some. They have done this the last 3yrs.
