He's alive. He responded to an email I sent him a few weeks ago. I have an ARC 5.56 in jail. The ATF told me it had been approved for a while. I got nervous so I sent him an email. He responded within a day and told me he hadnt received the approval yet but he would let me know when he gets it. He mentioned that they were moving.
