Sorry, man, but I don't think this is going to go the way you want it. "I'll take it" means nothing. Time and place mean everything. "I'll take it...but I'm going to bed and tomorrow we can determine a good place to meet" is going to lose to "hey, man, I can be there tonight with the money" every single time.

So I took a chance on a new member and said “I’ll take it” sent my contact and said we’ll talk in the morning to determine a good place to meet. (I’m planning on driving over an hour too): reply- okay.

Only to receive “sorry, a guy just stopped by to get it”

What has happened to a man’s word being worth more than anything else? Rhetorical question, I know, but c’mon man

Eh.... I recently had a gun listed and got a few "I'm interested" but nobody set up a meet with me. I got talked into keeping it instead of selling it so I took the ad down and told them all it's no longer for sale. I've learned if you want something, you lock that **** down ASAP with a meet agreement

I completely agree, but if I ever receive an I’ll take it from anyone, you can take it to the bank that it’s yours unless you back out. My integrity means more than any deal I would ever do.

We had agreed on the time tomorrow, but I was giving him an opportunity to choose a convenient location. It’s all good, it’s not a rare item and another will come along soon, but dang!!!

I’m a Christian, so I’m hopeful and optimistic. 😇

I’ve done way more than 85 deals and have only had this one deal fall through.

It's not a feedback measuring contest....

It's whether the seller has integrity or not and then believes if you have integrity or not.
Some do, some don't.

Don't give out your contact until after you've got a meet time place and date set in dms on the trader otherwise you can't leave negative feedback
