Meh, I’ll take it means something to me, I guess. I don’t care to doubt anyone until they give me a reason…. But it doesn’t need to be a giant reason.
Like… “I’ll take it, yo.” gives me enough reason to doubt you unless palmetto moon said it. He always says stuff like that, yo.

Doesn't matter whether I mean it and he doesn't. Doesn't matter if I trust you and you don't trust me. Doesn't matter if I forgive you and you don't forgive me. In life, you do and be who you are supposed to be and you don't worry about the reciprocation of others. If he bails, he bails. I will sell it to the next guy who honors his commitment.

How do you know he has bailed? He said "I'll take it" and you said "I'll hold it for you." At what point does he bail?

I said “I’ll take it “ he said Okay, I said “can we meet tomorrow “ he said “yes”, I said “great thanks and I will contact you in the morning for a convenient time and place for you “ and he replies an hour later with “sorry a guy just came and picked it up “
That’s low class in my opinion, whether 1 deal done or 1300 deals. If you have multiple offers, let that be known up front. I’m okay with that.
