Like to have my first car back. 66 ford fairlane GT 390 high performance engine 4 speed transmission blue with black inside. Dad bought it for me when I was 15. Pretty 2 vehicle wouldn’t be the 71 Ranchero I had when I was 19. Red with black vinyl top shaker scoop through hood with a 429 Super Cobra jet engine with a c6 automatic and 370 limited slip rearend. I think a lot about both of them over the years.

1972 DeTomaso Pantera. I fell in love in 1978 when I rode in my dad’s bosses car. It was yellow with the black DeTomaso lettered across the bottom.

This would be my choice 1970 Javelin SST trans am, only 40 are known to exist out of the original run of 100 cars.

Got to jockey a '70 AMX factory drag car around a lot in '70. Fresh off the delivery trailer.
Got in, dash was covered in warning and instruction decals about what water temp, transmission fluid temp, and oil pressure readings to have before attempting to drive.
Also had a dark green AMX leave my 396 Nova in the dust one evening on I85. Found out later it was a 390 owned by a mechanic at the dealership.
