What is your favorite caliber to shoot for fun?

45acp from my 1911's. I shoot 600-1000 per month depending on whether I skip a week here and there. I can reload lead 45acp cheaper than plated 9mm.

I need to get with you on reloading sometime ... I'm tossing the idea around here lately .. Always helps to have some experience near by

i like to "plink" with 7.62x39

Pistol- I like 45 acp from a 1911.

Rifle- 7.62x54r, nothing beats rippin' the ole bolt on the mosin m44.

I love 22 lr! (I have absolutely shot at least 30 rounds of this for every round of anything else during my practice.) It always was (and remains) the ONLY cheap way to practice!

I own more .45's than any other in handguns.

In the long guns I have more chambered in .308.

I think these would be my favorites. As long as I'm getting to shoot, caliber isn't that important.

Bolt action 30-30 with cast and the .32 S&W-L with cast. I load and shoot the .32 S&W-L cheaper than I can buy and shoot .22LR even before the craziness we are going through now.
