Seriously I would not be regretting you purchase one bit, Enfields are great shooters and one of the best bolt actions. Go have fun, you have one that you can't hurt the value no matter what you do.
I saw a K31 on this board not to long ago that had been sporterized, I regret not buying it, must have been too far away or something. The price was right for sure.

The hole in the mag looks Canadian. They do that to limit those hicap mags.
Interesting. I'll have to see if it still holds 10.

Do a little research into the 7.62x54r conversions. I wish I could find a cheap beater Enfield that bubba had already tainted to give it a go. Unfortunately, even the clap trap ones are going for more than I want to put into such a risky project.
