I had one of these back in the day, rode like a dream, absolutely the most comfortable road car I’ve ever been in. Unfortunately, the day I had it in was the day there were lines for gas and a $2 limit per customer.

Ignition and AC components, gotta check the belt, squeals like a stuck pig when AC comes on but blows ice cold and compressor rotates smoothly and no issues with clutch. Guessing bad belt tension or pulley is effed up…

take some bar soap and rub it on the belt....

Tighten the a/c belt or replace it. If all of them are cracked just replace them all.
put $7-8k on it …take no less that 6500 the way it sits.
that 455 cid motor, is gonna be a sought after hot rodders ecstasy .

Correct. The belt is glazed over and slips a tad under load. Spraying or applying any substance is a bandaid for a worn part. A new belt won't slip under load and it will be a correct fix. They aren't that expensive.

Put new belts on it, ac belt was not sized correctly. My adjustment is maxed out and still not enough tension..
