At 130k, the motor shook the car and dad deemed it unsafe. Not sure where it went but since it was in Cleveland, I'm sure it's dead now.

92 s-10. Had it about 5 months before I learned the hard way that hitting hitting a deer doing 65mph would've hurt much less than swerving to the ditch and loosing it up an embankment which resulting in doing 2 nose to tail cartwheels in it would've.
68 Rambler American, my old man caught me smokin and told me if I quit he'd buy me a car...I told him I'd quit but just got better at hiding it and still had those "left handed" smokes. I guess that's why I "totaled" it after a month...karma...it was blue after it got pulled out of the deep ditch where I hit the culvert pipe at the end, it had an OLIVE GREEN front end put on it and I drove it for the next year and a half.

Started building it to race in the historics at Road Atlanta (I know 1975 would've put me in a weird year).
Ended with a Ford 9" rear with discs, Massive 6 piston front calipers (Wilwood), Full Cage, Muncie M-21, whale tail, and of course a mighty-mighty SBC.
When I realized I was spending way too many hours working on the car, and being covered in oil and metal shavings / weld slag was not good for my position (on-call in a rural hospital), I did what had to be done..
I parted it out and sold everything. Sold the body shell (Subframe was welded in) cheap and watched them take it out on a flat bed just 6 or 7 years ago.
I owned that wonderful baby for 27 years!

i bought one at Bishop bros auction for 75 dollars made it to moores mill rd and broke a camshaft was stuck on the side of the road until morning
