I don't smoke , never have , never will. But their freedom to smoke has been totally taken away

Now the cops stand at 4 way stop signs and hand out seat belt fines

I agree with everything but the smoking part. Sorry smokers - I don't get your "freedom" to smoke everywhere. Private property - sure leave it up to the owners (including restaurants - they can decide for themselves and I can go elsewhere). However, I cant stand walking around in a park or playground, city public areas- and have people standing around smoking and throwing their cigarettes down.
