yup, not griping or anything. i get paid salary so i stay as long as its needed

tell you what though. as much as it sucks sometimes there is fulfillment i get in knowing that i woke up at 6:15, got to work by 7:15 or so, took maybe 30 minutes to warm up and get coffee in me, a slight lunch, and didnt leave until well after rush hour traffic has done un****ed itself

granted i have a cushy office job (sort of) im all about this life

...........so when can i retire :)

I'm heading in to my 3rd 12 hour night shift in a row this week. I work for a staffing agency so hours/shifts vary. I usually work 3-11. These night shifts I'm doing now are home health so only one patient to tend to...pretty cushy. I got to watch the entire Dallas/Saints game last night.

i used to work 12hr swing shifts. 2 weeks on days, then 2 weeks on nights. when i was on the night shifts i couldn't tell if it was wednesday or april
