Whats cookin July 4th

My adopted daughter is coming for the weekend with her family. Need ideas to cook besides burgers and hotdogs. Havent used the egg since Easter. Suggestions. Oh and this girl id pencil thin but can sure put away the groceries.

Two shoulders thawing, 6 slabs of ribs to be dressed tomorrow.

Hickory chunks & charcoal bought Tuesday.

I only have 14 beers in the frig so I'll need to add to that.

Ready to smoke on Friday/Saturday.

I am putting butts, ribs, links and a brisket on the smoker if I can find one at a reasonable price. I have the butts, links and ribs. Just checked Walmart and they want $4.50 a pound.
Ridiculous!
Maybe Kroger has some cheaper.
