I am done Bride is happy and as soon as I stop crying over having to kill the meat cooking it...PS that's the way My Bride likes it..That is the reason I usually put two on..

I feel your pain... my Mrs. also requires her meats cooked well done, gotta grill two of whatever, start hers 10-20 minutes early.

Agree normally with two I put hers on first and do a burn on top and burn on the other side...Then put mine on and flash one side and then flash the other..
