What's going on the smoker/grill today?

You do know how to eat red meat!!!!!
Don't do it often, but when I do, I do it right!

Come to think of it, I've got a chuck roast and hamburger steaks on the menu for this week, so yeah....there's that. I guess I don't actively avoid red meat, we just eat what we eat. Although, it has been awhile since we had steak and at $40 for the two on the grill tonight, I remember why. :faint:

How's it taste?? Looks good
The Butcher's Blend is really nice. I really like it...first time using it. It has smoked paprika and horseradish in the blend and those flavors really jump out at you with the smoke. And there's a little, little bit of heat on the end. It's a nice, subtle, nuanced flavor profile as opposed to something like Montreal Steak seasoning which is heavy on the salt, pepper, and garlic. Both have their place.
