What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Put 4 racks of ribs on the smoker a little while ago.

I have screwed up steak many times but this one turned out pretty good.

if you cook steak....you will screw it up!!!
you will not screw it up if you do not cook it....
I think I'll go with option 1....sometimes screwing it up
