My mom made this growing up. Dale's less sodium marinade overnight. Dad would grill them up. Snapped green beans and either mashed potatoes or wild rice and mushrooms. A comfort food of sorts, I guess. Now my kids love it, too.

Well I put a butt on the egg yesterday about 6 and pulled this morning about 9. Perfect internal temp of 205. No rub no injection no wrap. Cooked on foil. Just hickory smoke and fire. It is one of the best for me. Haven’t cooked one in at least 2 years.
