Couple turkeys smoking on the rotisserie today. One seasoned with Tony Catchere's the other Badia rotisserie seasoning and stuffed with applewood bacon. Both cooked over charcoal and apple wood.

Smoked some wings today and I do declare that they were probably the best I’ve had! But I probably say that every time lol. I served em up with some white bbq sauce. Man I wished I had 2 stomachs!
