Grilled ribeye steaks and corn for Dad on Father's Day. I was originally planning to reverse sear the ribeyes but they were cooking so well on the Egg that I decided to close it down and let them stay in the Egg for a couple more minutes instead. Just some salt and pepper sprinkled on the ribeyes. I usually put the corn directly on the grate but I used the steel vegetable tray this time. Butter and parmesan on the corn. Also Cesar salad and mac n cheese from Costco with Tillamook sharp cheddar added to the top of the m&c. I did not have the prep time to make the m&c from scratch and Costco's is pretty good.

I'll be tossing burgers and bacon on in a little while. Got 16 burgers to season up and enjoy with the family. Dad's cooking, so they know it's safe (wife doesn't cook) to come over and eat.
