What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Smoked a chuck roast today. Finished it in the crock pot.

Beef roast cook
10:00 start
250 degree egg
McCormick steak seasoning
Pulled beef at 165 IT, after 4 hours
Started crock pot at 1100. Bullion, water, carrots, and onions on high.
Transferred meat to crock pot at 2:00
4 bullion cubes 32 oz water
2 packs Lipton onion soup mix
3 large onions
1 bags of RTE baby carrots
Cooked potatoes in at 1630
