What's going on the smoker/grill today?

I do it regularly at hunting camp. Make your M&C to your liking, cover with shredded cheese, and put it on the smoker for an hour or two. It doesn't get super smokey but enough to give it some good flavor. I usually do it as a side when I smoke pork butts. It's a great combo. If you already have some pulled pork you can mix that in the M&C and it's a main or side dish.

all turned out excellent(strange) something always seems to go wrong.....not today both ribs and chicken turned out perfectly....after the ribs, I ran the egg up to 400, put on the chicken left like that for about 10 minutes, then shut it down, and took the ribs to the son, daughter in law and the three grandchildren.....came home, pulled the chicken off......JUST RIGHT!!!
the chicken seems to be moist......I will report tomorrow.....just might be a good way to cook it.....maybe
