Probably not the worst but really suckd... was loading boat at the ramp after a jugging trip barefooted some fishing line tangled on my foot I kicked and a 5 ot trotline hook set firmly between my big toe and second toe. Grabbed the hook and tugged, didn't budge so I found the pliers an ripped it out with some meat and a loud pop. Rub some mud in it and carry on.

Shattered clavicle on my right side, NOTHING took the edge off short of conscious sedation (2 hits of morphine added to the 6mg of codeine i took right after it happened did nothing). Woke up the morning after ina drug induced haze to see the pentagon with a flaming hole in it and NYC on what appeared to be fire- figured the aliens finally came XD

Throat infection . I let it go for a week without going to the doctor. My throat was killing me at the time I broke down and went. Worse pain ever.
