Whats the worst physical pain you've ever felt?

I have broken the arch of my left foot, snapped two main bones in half in my right hand, fractured the socket of my right hip, and thermonuclear migraine headaches. Those all fight pretty hard for the top spot.

I had a Urinary Tract infection. Hurt like hell.

Playing football in HS, I tackled a guy and whey I got up I had a 14' gutter nail that had entered my leg. Right at the knee and down my shin bone. Dont know how it got on the field.

We trained horses when I was a kid. I decided to climb the big wooden post and fence to save the time of going around and through the gate to get into the corral. I reached up the post and my hand slipped. I large sliver of wood entered the nail bed of my middle finger on my right hand and pushed all the way through into the first joint before breaking off. That hurt like hell.

Id have to say my appendicitis but it wasnt really all too bad... My pain tolerance is pretty high. I've always sucked up the pain on everything. the doctors told me most people at that point in time of appendicitis people would often faint for black out from pain and they'd have to rush them to surgery. I spent 3 days in some pretty bad pain. enough to make me complain about it. finally the woman said you have to go to the ER I denied and said meh It'll be ok. by the 3rd day it was so bad I couldnt walk. We went to the ER she was going to drop me off at the front door and go park in our employee parking since we both work at the hospital. But I told her just to park the car and I'd walk. So she parking and I we walked the 500yards to the ER. I was limping with a sour face. I got in the ER and the doctor says yep you have a classic case of appendicitis. he asked is I was taken there by ambulance. I said no then he asked if I was dropped at the door. I said no I walked from the employee deck I work here. He told me that wasnt the best idea since about about a couple hours from rupturing and that walk could have done me in. He said you must be in terrible pain and I told him it wasnt so bad. So they rushed me into surgery and the recovery was very uncomfortable. couldnt sneeze or cough I was very swollen, could sleep on my side as usual. all said and done everything came out good. this was back in july.

Mine is at 21 years old. Docs found a tumor growing underneath my bottom eyelid... The pain came from the needle they stuck in my eye to numb the tissue and the eyeball itself. To this day I have never felt anything like that. I could actually hear the needle entering different parts of my eye! Sucked.
