I would shop around for the best local price for a battery. They have gone up in the past few years but the cheapest I found local was from Wally world. None of the motorcycle batteries I know of have warranties. As far as your carb jets being clogged, I doubt it. Does it have a manual choke? Might just be getting the starting procedure down a little better. From the .2 seconds I heard it run in your video it sounded fine to me. Keep an eye on your oil and your temp and ride the snot out of it.

That bike is fuel injected.

low battery
yes the cold can do that but you probably need a new one.
with your gauges dimming like that and the neutral light going out its definitely low voltage.

I agree with poopdaddy. I used to have a CBR and the cold can ruin a battery. I would invest in a trickle charger for the winter time.

so disregard what I said about a manual choke. On some of the Fuel injected honda rockets they have a fast idle(looks like a choke cable) on the left side of the bike tucked in. On really cold days you could experiment with that but just don't forget to push it back in once it's warmed up.

if you get a charger get a battery tender.they are hands down the best at maintaining a battery.
they also come with a qd plug in the kit and the tender junior is around 35 to 40 bucks.
this is one of my old babies 01 f4i,you gotta love honda.working on a 929 stunter now
